I just recently sold my home through your office. I listed with another agent. In the course of selling, the other agent was unavailable when it came time to see offers and so the other agent imposed upon Gary Shannon to fill in for them in this matter.

I am so glad that they did!

Gary has been an agent of the highest standard and beyond. Gary went out of his way to help and advise when I was looking at an offer and he spent many, many hours running all over town to help find me and my family a new home in a very tight time span. Gary was there every step of the way to help me through the buying process and when it came to moving day, he was there in his work clothes to help out for several hours. He slugged furniture and loaded the truck as well. Later the same day, after going to do some other business, he returned to help unload that same truck and help us get settled in. I can not say enough about an agent who although he was not the listing or the selling agent went out, WAY out of his way to help me.

If ever there was a "KEEPER", Gary is that person and you should do everything possible to make sure he stays with you. He does Royal Lepage proud and should be an inspiration to all your other agents as well.

I will recommend Gary to any and all that will listen and have already done so to many.
