Clients Referral Vacation Draw
For every transaction or referral of new clients between December 1, 2008 and November 30, 2009, your name will be entered in a draw for an all inclusive holiday package for two to the destination of your choice.
Clients Free Vacation Reward
To earn a fabulous holiday package all you need is any combination of 5 transactions or referrals (to new clients) and we will be sending you on a fabulous tropical holiday absolutely free. That’s right only 5 referrals or transactions (or combinations of) and you will be “sunning your buns” on us.
All Inclusive Holiday Packages to the Destination of Your Choice.
What else do we have to say. You choose the destination, you choose the dates. Max total value $3,000.00. If you happen to choose a date/destination of less than $3,000.00 we will throw the rest in, in cash.
Faint of Heart Package
Although we would prefer to build and expand client memories, experiences and relationships we will also offer a somewhat reduced cash equivalent to the financial destitute, medically challenged, or the faint of heart if none of the above are appealing.
We sincerely appreciate each and every time you choose us to assist you with your real estate transaction. We realize that to you it is often just the simple mention of a name or a personal endorsement that may make the difference of who a buyer or seller may choose for a Realtor. Please only refer new clients because you feel they will get the very best of real estate service not because of the rewards. The rewards you earn are only intended to be a fun way for us to acknowledge our best clients and to build relationships for years ahead.
The Fine Print
You will need 5 referral points to earn your holiday choice. To earn one referral reward you must purchase or sell a property through us, or be the effective cause (referral) of a new client who buys or sells a property through us. For jointly owned property each transaction (purchase or sale) is worth one referral point regardless of the numbers of owners. A new client can only claim to be referred from one other party. Parents, children, in-laws, out laws, friends, strangers are all legitimate referrals but you can not refer your own spouse or significant other to earn a referral. You can not earn a referral point by referring a client who has already purchased or sold a home through us nor can others earn a point by referring you to us. The transaction must actually close and register at the land title office to be considered a referral point. Clients may not combine points with other clients. Clients will have 24 months to complete their travel packages. Winning clients must supply at least 1 “happy photo” of their trip to us.
